NOTE: School has taken over my life this semester. I'm struggling to keep up with a heavy workload, which leaves little time to devote to TCGs. I have no choice but to go on an indefinite hiatus. Hopefully I'll be back to it soon, maybe this summer when the semester has ended. If you've sent me a trade request and I haven't responded, I'm very sorry but I've had to focus on school.

...to Invenio, my trading card post! You can find my cards by clicking on the "Games" tab above.

Invenio is Latin for "to come upon, find, discover." I thought it was a fitting name because that's what I'm trying to do: find cards! ;)

Trading Cards?

TCG stands for 'Trading Cards Game', and you're probably familiar with the 'real-life' version of it. Think Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, or Harry Potter cards. The concept is the same, but the difference is that the online version involves pictures made into cards, and it's free!

Online trading card games (commonly abbreviated TCGs) are similar to real life ones, except there is no combat. The object is simply to collect cards until you've gathered an entire deck. You collect cards by playing games and entering challenges on the TCG websites, and by trading with other players. It's just a fun, extra something to do on the 'net! ;)
